Sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Butter<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. Baking Soda<\/p>\n<p>1 C. Peanuts<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Vanilla<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Melt sugar in heavy skillet, stirring constantly until melted.  Stir in butter, baking soda, vanilla and peanuts.  Pour onto a large buttered cookie sheet and spread with forks to desired thickness.
