Mix well. Add the turkey and pat the mixture onto the pieces to coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 400\u00c2\u00b0F. In a medium bowl, combine the carrots, apple juice, brown sugar, and cumin. Mix well. Spoon around the turkey. Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until the turkey is no longer pink in the center. Check by inserting the tip of a sharp knife into the thickest part of 1 drumstick. To serve, cut the turkey off of the bone.
