Bulgur, uncooked (1 ounce)<br \/>\n2 1\/2 T. brown rice, uncooked (1 ounce)<br \/>\n2 T. barley, uncooked (3\/4 ounce)<br \/>\n2 T. millet, uncooked (3\/4 ounce)<br \/>\n2 T. cornmeal, uncooked (3\/4 ounce)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup rolled oats (3\/4 ounce)<br \/>\n3\/4 cup plus 2 T. chopped dried mixed fruit (4 1\/2 oz.)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n3 C. water<br \/>\n1 T. vanilla<\/p>\n<p>Combine grains, dried fruit and cinnamon in crock pot. Mix well. Stir in water and vanilla. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low setting. Stir before serving and add more water if desired.
