Hot Milk<br \/>\n4oz. can Crabmeat, well drained<br \/>\n4 C. cooked Spiral Noodles<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.  Add shallot, mushrooms and parsley; cook 3-4 minutes. Mix in flour until well incorporated.  Cook 2 minutes over low heat.  Season well and pour in milk; mix and continue cooking 8-10 minutes over low heat.  Add crabmeat, mix well, and cook 2 minutes more.
