Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside. Cut sausage into slices, and then into quarters (so that you have small bite-sized pieces). In a large mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until completely combined. Stirring together ingredients for an easy smoked sausage casserole.
