6 pork chops<\/p>\n
4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced<\/p>\n
1 onion, sliced<\/p>\n
2 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour<\/p>\n
1 can broth of choice (chicken works great), 14 oz<\/p>\n
Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n
1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<\/p>\n
1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<\/p>\n
1\/4 teaspoon paprika<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Arrange potatoes and onion on bottom of baking dish. Season.\u00a0 Brown and season pork chops and put on top of potatoes and onion layer. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until combined. Add broth and bring to boil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
