(45 ml) Red Pepper Spread<\/p>\n<p>12 oz (340 g) Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced in half<\/p>\n<p>4 thin slices prosciutto<\/p>\n<p>Chopped fresh basil, for garnish<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C). Brush a thin layer of olive oil over each slice of baguette and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and spread a generous layer of Red Pepper Spread over each slice. Place the halved mozzarella balls, flat side down\u2014you should be able to fit six to eight halves per baguette slice\u2014over each piece of bread, return the bread to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. About 2 minutes before removing the toasts from the oven, lay one slice of prosciutto over top of each slice of bread and continue to bake for about 2 minutes.
