Add oil and saut\u00c3\u00a9 mushrooms until cooked, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and green onions and cook for 1 minute.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span>Add tofu mixture and cook, scrambling occasionally, until some of it begins to brown a little.
