Pepper<br \/>\n2 medium onions, chopped<br \/>\n2 celery ribs, chopped<br \/>\n1 large green pepper, sliced<br \/>\n1 can (14-1\/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/2 cup ketchup<br \/>\n2 T. cider vinegar<br \/>\n2 T. brown sugar<br \/>\n2 T. Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 T. lemon juice<br \/>\n1 beef bouillon cube<br \/>\n2 T. cornstarch<br \/>\n2 T. water<br \/>\nHot cooked rice (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Place chops in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt, if desired, and pepper. Add the onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon; pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened.
