Then top with sour cream mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 F for 45\u201350 minutes.\u00a0 *My notes: I prefer my peaches cut in large chunks; peel left on. I toss lightly with the flour\/sugar mixture before placing in the pie crust. I use the same bowl from my peaches to then mix up my soured cream and prefer to increase this to ~1\u00bd C. total.
