1 T. honey<\/p>\n

1 T. butter, melted<\/p>\n

Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F [23O\u00b0C] and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Slice the sweet potatoes into V2 in [ 13 mm] wedges and place on the sheet pan in a single layer. In a small bowl, mix together the miso, honey, and melted butter until smooth. Brush the mixture on one side of the sweet potatoes in a thick layer, then flip and brush the other side.
