4 C. sweet corn<\/p>\n

12 slices cooked bacon (finely chopped)<\/p>\n

1\/4 C. green onions (chopped)<\/p>\n

1 jalape\u00c3\u00b1o (finely diced)<\/p>\n

1\/2 C. Ranch salad dressing<\/p>\n

1 C. cheddar cheese (shredded)<\/p>\n

Juice of 1 lime<\/p>\n

1 tsp. garlic powder<\/p>\n

Kosher salt (to taste)<\/p>\n

Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n

Ranch Dressing:<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 C. mayonnaise<\/p>\n

1\/2 C. sour cream<\/p>\n

1\/3 C. whole milk<\/p>\n

1\/4 C. buttermilk<\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp. onion powder<\/p>\n

2 cloves garlic (minced)<\/p>\n

2 T. lemon juice<\/p>\n

1 tsp. fresh dill<\/p>\n

salt and pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n

Ranch Dressing: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing, stir and set aside.<\/p>\n
