1 large garlic clove, pressed<\/p>\n

1\/4 C. finely chopped fresh chives<\/p>\n

1\/8 tsp. black pepper<\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp. sea salt, or to taste<\/p>\n

1 to 2 T. milk, or add to desired consistency<\/p>\n

\u00c2\u00bd C. Homemade Mayo or store-bought mayonnaise<\/p>\n

1 T. avocado oil<\/p>\n

1 tsp. reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n

\u00c2\u00bd tsp. organic Dijon mustard<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u2026\u203a tsp. fine sea salt<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1 large head green leaf lettuce, shredded<\/p>\n

8 strips nitrate-free bacon, cooked and crumbled<\/p>\n

1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n

4 green onions, finely chopped<\/p>\n

Croutons, optional<\/p>\n
