Ground allspice<br \/>\n2 T. Thyme<br \/>\n1 T. Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp. Ground ginger<br \/>\n1 tsp. Cayenne pepper<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. Nutmeg<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. Cinnamon<br \/>\n2 1\/2 T. Granulated garlic<br \/>\n1 tsp. Splenda<br \/>\n1 T. Garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 C. Yellow onion, diced fine<br \/>\n1\/2 C. Scallion, diced fine<br \/>\n1 Each Scotch bonnet chili, minced fine<br \/>\n1 3\/4 C. White vinegar<br \/>\n1\/2 C. Lime juice, fresh<br \/>\nChicken Breasts<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients except chicken in a covered container and mix thoroughly. Add chicken to marinade.  Allow chicken to marinate in refrigerator overnight, reserving some of the marinade for basting.  Grill slowly over a smoky hardwood fire.
