Add minced garlic, and saut\u00c3\u00a9 for 1 minute. Add ginger miso broth. Spiralize the zucchini. Add zucchini noodles (&#8220;zoodles&#8221;) to the ginger miso broth along with mushrooms. Bring to a boil, then turn down and let simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your personal taste.
