Cut baby bok choy in half lengthwise, or cut regular bok choy into chunks, and add to the water. Drizzle with liquid aminos. Cover and cook on high heat until bok choy is tender (about 6 minutes). Lightly toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking pan frequently.
