Vanilla Extract<\/p>\n<p>1 C. mini Dark Chocolate Chips, divided<\/p>\n<p>2 T. 1% Milk<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350.\u00c2\u00a0 Lightly oil a 12 C. bundt pan. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer on low speed until foamy.\u00c2\u00a0 Add cream of tartar, increase speed to medium high and beat until soft peaks form.\u00c2\u00a0 Gradually add \u00c2\u00bd C. sugar, beating until stiff, but not dry, about 5 minutes.\u00c2\u00a0 In another bowl, combine remaining C. sugar with flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.\u00c2\u00a0 With mixer on medium speed, beat in buttermilk, oil vanilla, and a heaping spoonful of egg whites.\u00c2\u00a0 Fold in remaining egg whites and \u00c2\u00bd C. chocolate chips.\u00c2\u00a0 Scrape batter into prepared pan, smoothing top. \u00c2\u00a0Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until skewer inserted in center comes out clean.\u00c2\u00a0 Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.\u00c2\u00a0 Invert onto rack and let cool completely.\u00c2\u00a0 To make icing, combine 1\/3 C. chocolate chips with milk in small saucepan.\u00c2\u00a0 heat over very low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.\u00c2\u00a0 Drizzle over cake and let stand about 30 minutes before slicing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake 4 large Egg Whites \u00c2\u00bc tsp.
