Salt<\/p>\n<p>2 T. unsalted Butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>2 lg. Eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 lg. Egg Yolk<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00c2\u00bd C. Milk<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Combine both flours, chives, pepper and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with metal blade.\u00c2\u00a0 Add melted butter, eggs and yolk, pulse twice.\u00c2\u00a0 With motor running, slowly add milk.\u00c2\u00a0 Scrape down sides of the bowl and blend for 5 seconds more.\u00c2\u00a0 Pour batter into bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let stand in the refrigerator several hours to overnight.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 To cook crepes, place 1 T. butter in a nonstick or well-seasoned 6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d crepe pan and set over high heat.\u00c2\u00a0 When hot, add several T. of batter and quickly tilt to coat pan.\u00c2\u00a0 Reduce heat to medium and cook until bottom is nicely browned, about 1 minute.\u00c2\u00a0 Turn out onto a tea towel, repeat until all batter is used.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chive Crepes \u00c2\u00be C. unbleached Flour \u00c2\u00bc C. whole-wheat Pastry Flour 1 T. minced fresh Chives \u00c2\u00bc tsp. ground White Pepper \u00c2\u00bc tsp.
