Let stand for 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours in the fridge. Bring back to room temperature while heating up your grill to 450\u00c2\u00b0. Grill the sirloin steak, about 8-10 minutes each side for medium doneness. If you want to pan fry your steak, heat up a cast iron pan on high heat, and cook the steak 8-10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
