Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the nut mixture. Slowly pour the coconut milk into the pan and stir. Cook, continuing to regularly stir as the mixture begins to bubble, until it starts to thicken, 4 to 5 minutes. When the mixture has reached your desired consistency, add the honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and stir. Remove the pan from the heat.
