Press remaining mixture into a lightly greased 13&#8243;x9&#8243; baking pan: set aside. Mix peanut butter and marshmallow creme together: spread over cake mixture in pan. Sprinkle reserved cake mixture on top: bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars to serve.
