Sugar<\/p>\n<p>EVOO, for Frying<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Place pork in mixing bowl.\u00c2\u00a0 In mortar and pestle, crush sage until very finely ground and add to pork.\u00c2\u00a0 Thoroughly mix sage into pork.\u00c2\u00a0 In mortar and pestle, crush pepper until very finely ground and add to pork.\u00c2\u00a0 Thoroughly mix pepper into pork.\u00c2\u00a0 Sprinkle on salt and combine until well mixed.\u00c2\u00a0 Add sugar and again, mix well until fully combined.\u00c2\u00a0 Roll pork mixture with a rolling pin until \u00c2\u00bc &#8211; 3\/8\u00e2\u20ac\u009d thick.\u00c2\u00a0 Cut out 3-4\u00e2\u20ac\u009d circles.\u00c2\u00a0 Gently fry in oil over medium-low heat until nicely seared and cooked through, flipping once during cooking.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>McDonalds Sausage Patties &nbsp; 1 lb.
