{"id":25389,"date":"2007-01-25T23:49:41","date_gmt":"2007-01-26T06:49:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/?p=25389"},"modified":"2019-06-05T23:55:13","modified_gmt":"2019-06-06T06:55:13","slug":"chinese-style-chopped-beef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/?p=25389","title":{"rendered":"Chinese Style Chopped Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese Style Chopped Beef<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 T. sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 small red pepper, deseeded and diced<\/p>\n<p>1 onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 C. diced zucchini<\/p>\n<p>12oz. minced beef<\/p>\n<p>5oz. can water chestnuts, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>6 canned whole baby sweet corn cut into quarters<\/p>\n<p>1 C. bean sprouts<\/p>\n<p>2 T. oyster sauce<\/p>\n<p>3 T. rice wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Heat the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan, add the red pepper, onion and diced zucchini and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a dry frying pan, stirring to break up with a fork until browned. Add the meat to the wok, stir in the water chestnuts, sweet corn and bean sprouts, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
