Chinese chili sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 T. tahini<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 T. white sugar<\/p>\n<p>3 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 slice fresh ginger, size of a dime, peeled and chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 green onions, finely sliced<\/p>\n<p>freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. finely chopped English cucumber<\/p>\n<p>1 T. fresh coriander, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare spaghetti according to package directions just until al dente stage; drain and rinse with cold water; drain well. Toss cooked noodles with sesame oil; set aside. To prepare sauce, whisk all sauce ingredients together. Pour over noodles and toss well.
