Microwave spinach according to package directions; squeeze dry. Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine in a large nonstick skillet on medium. Add scallions and cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add cooked spinach, artichokes, sour cream and 1\/4 C. of the cheese; mix well. Spoon into a 1 1\/2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese.
