Put a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the beef with salt and pepper. Working with one piece of meat at a time, dredge the beef in the flour, making sure to coat both sides well. Shake off the excess. Add 3 tablespoons of the olive oil to the preheated pan. Put the beef in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and the lemon juice.
