Poppy Seeds<\/p>\n<p>Process cottage cheese until very smooth.  Stir in remaining ingredients, cover, and chill thoroughly before using.<\/p>\n<p>Yield: 16 T.<br \/>\nServing Size: 2 T.<\/p>\n<p>Calories: 45<br \/>\nFat: 1.2g<br \/>\nFiber: 0g<\/p>\n<p>Notes:  Good on toast, bagels, english muffins, warmed pitas, in a sandwich, you name it.
