Stir in the rest of the ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes. Heat a large dutch oven or skillet with 2 inches of vegetable oil on high heat. Drop in round spoonfuls and cook 2 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 3 minutes rotating halfway through the cooking process.
