Reduced Fat Italian Dressing<br \/>\n2 T. soy sauce<br \/>\n1 bag (10 oz.) salad greens<br \/>\n1 C. Brown Rice, cooked<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add vegetables; cook an additional 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.<br \/>\nMix dressing and soy sauce.  Place salad greens in large salad bowl. Add chicken mixture and rice; mix lightly.
