A.1. Teriyaki<br \/>\n2 T. creamy peanut butter<br \/>\n1 T. grated fresh gingerroot<br \/>\nGrated peel and juice of 1 lime<br \/>\n4 bone-in beef sirloin steaks (8 oz. each), 3\/4 inch thick<\/p>\n<p>Mix marinade, peanut butter, ginger, lime peel and juice with wire whisk until well blended. Reserve 1\/4 C. of the marinade mixture to serve with the cooked steak.  Place steaks in resealable plastic bag. Pour 1\/2 C. of the marinade mixture over steaks; seal bag. Turn over several times to evenly coat steak. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grille steaks 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium rare (145\u00b0F) to medium doneness (160\u00b0F), brushing frequently with the remaining marinade mixture. Cut each steak in half. Serve with the 1\/4 C. reserved marinade mixture.<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. regular A-1; 3 T. PB, 2 T.
