Frozen Peas, thawed<br \/>\n3 T. Light Cream Cheese<br \/>\nSalt &amp; Pepper<br \/>\n3 T. Real Bacon Bits<br \/>\n2 T. Parmesan Cheese<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 400\u00c2\u00b0F. At a slight angle, slice 18 half-inch bread slices from the baguette. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until tops just begin to brown. Place the peas, cream cheese, pepper, and salt in a blender and puree until smooth. Spread each crostini with about 2 teaspoons of pea mixture, sprinkle with bacon bits, and lightly dust with grated Parmesan. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
