In processor bowl with blade in place, combine 2 cups flour, sugar and salt. Process 10 seconds. Remove lid; add yeast and oil. With processor running, pour cold water through feed tube. Add additional flour if necessary so dough forms a ball. Process 30 seconds. Divide dough into 16 equal portions; roll each into pencil-like rope, 8 inches long. Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Brush with oil. Cover; let proof (to let yeast dough rise) 20 minutes. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with seeds.
