Olive Oil<br \/>\n\u00bc C. sesame Seeds<br \/>\n\u00bc C. dried Thyme<br \/>\n2\/3 tsp. Salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. Sumac<\/p>\n<p>1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained<br \/>\n\u00bc C. Olive Oil<br \/>\n2 T. Lemon Juice<br \/>\n1 clove Garlic<br \/>\n1 tsp. Cumin<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375. Arrange pita halves, cut side up, on a cutting board. In small bowl combine oil, sesame seeds, thyme, salt and sumac. Brush a thin layer over each pita and cut into triangles. Transfer to baking sheet and bake until crisp and golden brown around the edges, about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In food processor, puree all hummus ingredients until smooth.
