Lime Juice<br \/>\n2 tsp. Coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp. Turmeric<br \/>\n2 tsp. Cumin<br \/>\n1 T. Ginger (In the squeezy tube)<br \/>\n2 tsp. crushed garlic<br \/>\n4 T. minced onion<br \/>\n3 T. yellow curry powder<br \/>\n3 T. brown sugar (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients except meat. Slice meat into thin strips. If using shrimp, devein, and if desired, pull off tails. Put meat and marinade into a ziplock bag reserving some of the marinade for basting. Marinate for at least 20-30minutes. Overnight is super tasty.
