Cornstarch<br \/>\n2 C. water<br \/>\n1 Tomato cut in wedges<br \/>\n3-4 C. cooked rice<\/p>\n<p>Brown beef in skillet; add garlic and cook until the garlic is yellow.  Add soy sauce and 1\/4 cup water; cover and cook for 45 minutes.   Add all vegetables except tomatoes; cook for 10 minutes.  Stir in cornstarch blended in two cups water.
