Mix until well combined. Spread tortillas with cream cheese. Lay 1 slice of salmon on half of each tortilla. Separate onion into rings and spread them over salmon. Sprinkle with capers. Fold over tortillas to form a half moon. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add quesadillas and cook until lightly browned and heated through, 3-4 minutes per side.
