Add shallots to bacon fat in skillet; saut\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd 1 minute. Add almonds; saut\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Add sugar and vinegar; stir until sugar dissolves. Add crumbled bacon.
