Saut\u00e9 garlic for 1 minute. Add artichokes, turning and stirring, for 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and serve.<\/p>\n<p>Alternative Recipe:<br \/>\nMarinate sliced artichokes in the ingredients, covered for a couple hours at room temp, then grill or saut\u00e9, and serve.
