Kraft Free Red Wine Vinegar fat-free salad dressing<br \/>\n1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast&#8230;cut into 1\/2&#215;4 inch long strips<\/p>\n<p>To get orange peel slivers without a zester, simply grate the peel of an orange with a vegetable peeler or paring knife, cut it into strips if it is wide. Use just the &#8220;orange&#8221; not the white meaty part of the skin.  In a large non-stick skillet, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, orange peel slivers and salad dressing together.  Add chicken pieces. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
