Coat a medium-size non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add ham and saut\u00e9 3 minutes. In a bowl, combine ham, flour, cheese, baking powder and ground red pepper. Add milk. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop batter by heaping T. onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
