Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms and onion are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Return chicken to skillet; stir in tomatoes. Cook about 2 minutes or until heated through. Add spinach and basil; toss just until spinach is wilted. Divide chicken mixture among dinner plates.
