Splenda<br \/>\n4 green onions, cut in 1 1\/2\u201d pieces 4 slices Fresh Ginger, about 1 x 1 1\/2\u201d 1 T. Cornstarch<br \/>\n1 C. Water<\/p>\n<p>Marinate beef in sherry, water, soy sauce, and Splenda for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.  Drain meat, reserving marinade.  Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and stir-fry the green onions, ginger and beef until beef is browned (but not fully cooked).  Add marinade.  Mix cornstarch with water and add to beef.
