In saucepan, bring broth and garlic to boil, reduce heat and simmer until garlic is tender (5 min).  Transfer to food processor and add 1\/4 C. beans, lime juice, oil, tomato paste, oregano and salt.  Blend well and add to cooled pasta, remaining beans and vegetables.
