Garlic Powder<br \/>\n6oz. no sodium added Tomato Paste<br \/>\n8oz. no sodium added Tomato Sauce<br \/>\n1 C. Low fat Ricotta Cheese<br \/>\n3 1\/2 C. Water<br \/>\n\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd lb. Lasagna Noodles<br \/>\n\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd lb. Low fat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded<\/p>\n<p>Brown meat, add onion and cook until onion is soft. Add spices, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Put 1\/2 C. sauce in the bottom of a 9-by-13 pan. Cover with a layer of raw noodles, layer of sauce and 1\/3 of the cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Noodles should be covered with sauce. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes.
