Pork Tenderloin, trimmed<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. each Salt and Pepper<br \/>\nCooking Spray<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place thyme, onion, and bread in a food processor; pulse until fine crumbs measure 1\/3 C..  Place breadcrumb mixture in a shallow dish.  Place egg whites in a shallow dish.  Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.  Dip pork in egg whites; dredge in bread crumb mixture.  Place pork on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155 degrees.  Let stand 5 minutes.
