In separate small bowl, dissolve gelatin in the water. Stir in lemon juice. Add to the strawberry mixture and mix well. Freeze mixture in a hard-sided container with lid. Freeze overnight. Serving day: Fill serving glass 1\/3-1\/2 full with frozen mixture. Add 7UP and stir.
