{"id":1415,"date":"2003-11-25T04:10:12","date_gmt":"2003-11-25T11:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/?p=1415"},"modified":"2010-05-17T17:59:17","modified_gmt":"2010-05-18T00:59:17","slug":"spicy-chicken-or-turkey-spaghetti-squash-skillet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/?p=1415","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Chicken (or Turkey) &#038; Spaghetti Squash Skillet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 small spaghetti squash, cooked and separated into strands<br \/>\n2 T olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 C minced onion<br \/>\n3-4 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 green onions, finely chopped<br \/>\n12 oz. cooked chicken or turkey meat<br \/>\n2 C canned crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/4 C dry red wine<br \/>\n2 tsp. capers<br \/>\n2 1\/2 tsp. fresh oregano (1 tsp. dried)<br \/>\n1 tsp. crushed red pepper, more to taste<br \/>\n3 T Italian parsley, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, saut\u00e9 onion, garlic and green onions for 2 minutes. Add the chicken or turkey and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and wine and bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 5 minutes.
