Goat Cheese<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup Egg Whites<\/p>\n<p>4 &#8211; 6 Sliced Heirloom Tomatoes &#8211; approx.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Sea Salt &amp; Coarse Black Peppercorn &#8211; approx.<\/p>\n<p>Crisco to grease<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DRIZZLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 oz. Honey<\/p>\n<p>2 T. Diced Jalape\u00c3\u00b1o (drained, no juices)<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. White Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/tart2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14134 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/tart2.png\" alt=\"tart2\" width=\"600\" height=\"700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/tart2.png 600w, https:\/\/pcgirl.net\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/tart2-257x300.png 257w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thaw pie crust as directed before molding to well-greased pie dish. \u00c2\u00a0Pierce crust with a fork on the bottom (4 &#8211; 6 indents) and along the sides (another 4-6 indents) to prevent bubbling, then bake crust @400F for 10 minutes until just beginning to brown. \u00c2\u00a0Remove from oven and set aside &#8211; Keep oven heated. In food processor combine goat cheese, sour cream, and egg whites, pulsing for several minutes until a thick, whipped consistency is formed. \u00c2\u00a0Next, evenly spread mixture into cooled pie crust.\u00c2\u00a0 Slice heirloom tomatoes and\u00c2\u00a0coat each slice with EVOO. \u00c2\u00a0Layer tomatoes on top of goat cheese in a style of your choosing, then season entire tart with oregano, rosemary, and salt &amp; pepper. \u00c2\u00a0Return to oven @400F for another 35 &#8211; 40 minutes until crust has completely browned and the tomatoes have roasted.\u00c2\u00a0 While tart bakes, add\u00c2\u00a0diced jalapeno, white vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes to honey and combine vigorously. \u00c2\u00a0Set aside.
