Brown Sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 C. Splenda Artificial Sweetener<br \/>\n1 1\/4 C. Self-rising flour<br \/>\n2 tsp. Baking Powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray muffin tin (12) with cooking spray. Mix together cereal and milk and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Mix all wet ingredients well. Combine all dry ingredients together and blend into wet ingredients. Divide batter into 12 muffin C..
