Bring to a boil, remove from the heat, and cool for 30 minutes. Clean and slice the large mushrooms, leaving the small ones whole. Place in a non-aluminum bowl. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and allow to cool to room temperature. Line 8 plates with lettuce leaves. Drain the mushrooms.
